    I wanted to write to you and thank you for all of your help in selling our condo. As you know I was a real estate broker for many years dealing in investment properties so I know when an Agent "knows their stuff" and you certainly do. Your advice was always spot on and I credit this and your hard work for a successful sale. When my son and I finished the work on the unit and the staging was complete it hit the market the first week in October. I wanted to see what we were up against so I did a search of like units on the market in Glendale and found eight properties that I considered competition for my condo. Some were slightly smaller and some weren't finished as well but these were the units we were up against and they were all prices lower than my unit that we listed at $700,000. In the end we received two good offers (one at full ask) within a week of the listing going live and that offer closed escrow last Friday. There was some negotiations and issues that came out once the offers came in but you helped me navigate all of these to a successful conclusion. Of the eight units for sale that I surveyed, one was taken off the market, three are still for sale and four sold. A unit larger than ours closed at $749,000 but all of the others sold for less than $700,000 and took an average of 25 days to sell. In comparison we could not have done better. When friends ask for a referral yours will be the name I give them. Thanks again. Roger
